Who handles your data

What data and why

When you send a request from the website we collect dates, number of guests, name, email and/or phone and your message. We use them only to answer you and to arrange your stay, if any.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to answer your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How we receive it

Your request reaches us by email, on the info@casamariaemimi.it mailbox hosted by Register.it. The website runs on a Hetzner server in Europe. We never sell or pass your data to anyone.

How long

We keep requests for 12 months, then delete them. If you stay with us, data required by law (for example the police guest registration) is kept for the time the law requires.

Cookies

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. It only uses what is technically needed for the pages to work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use, by writing to info@casamariaemimi.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
